Old Fright House, Utica, NY. An article from the Railway Age Gazette (dated 9/24/14) references the new Delaware, Lackawanna & Western (DL&W) railroad freight house. The article boasts a number of new and advanced features of this design. The DL&W was incorporated in 1853 and merged with the Erie Railroad in 1960 to for the Erie Lackawanna Railroad.
